Slippin’ and Slidin’

John Lennon recorded a cover version of Little Richard’s 1956 song Slippin’ And Slidin’ for his Rock ‘N’ Roll album.  It ws recorded in late 1974 and released the following year.

Magical Mystery Tour

This is the title of two different 1967 record releases, an LP and a double EP, both of which include the six-song soundtrack to the television movie of the same name.  The soundtrack was a critical and commercial success, bing Grammy nominated and a number-one album in the US, despite the relative critical and commercial failure of the Magical Mystery Tour film.
